Product Description

The green phosphor ZYP540 is a special product for white LED, independently developed by us(many patents have been approved). In comparison with other products in market, it is more applicable to the manufacture of white LED, owing to its high brightness, high thermal stability and safety. 
 Primary Character: (Appearance：yellow crystal powder; Chemical Component：(Tb1-a-bMaCeb)3(Al1-c-dGacM’d)5O12 (TAG); Chemical Stability：no decomposability in water, strong stability from -50℃ to 300℃ in the air; Safety Capability：Meet the RoHS standard, no radiation, no toxicity, no hazard to human, and no pollution to environment.)

Directions
Disperse in epoxy gel or silicon gel. After bubble dispelling, the doped gel is smeared and subsequent solidified to fabricate white LED product.
Mix with red phosphor in a certain proportion before uniform doping in epoxy gel or silicon gel to fabricate white LED product.
 Purpose:
Can be applied to the package of high bright white LED.
Can be used to manufacture high color rendering or low color temperature white LED mixed with red phosphor in a specifically proportion.
 Packaging:
Standard mode：100g/bottle，250g/bottle，1000g/bottle
Convenient mode：100~500g/bag（according to customer’s request）
