Brief Introduction (The yellow phosphor ZYP560 is a special product for white LEDs package, independently developed by us(many patents have been approved). In comparison with other products in market, it is more applicable to the package of white LEDs, owing to its high brightness, high thermal stability and safety. )
Primary Character ( Appearance: yellow crystal powder; Chemical Component: (Tb1-a-bMaCeb)3(Al1-c-dGacM’d)5O12; Chemical Stability: no decomposability in water, strong stability from -50℃ to 300℃ in the air.; Safety Capability : Meet: the RoHS standard, no radiation, no toxicity, no hazard to human, no pollution to environment.)
Main parameters: ( Product code: ZYP560; excitation wavelength: 40~470 nm; emission wavelength: 560±5; enter diameter: <10μm; relative brightness: 100~110 %; CIE (x,y): x=0.44±0.01, y=0.53±0.01)
Directions:
1. Disperse in epoxy gel or silicon gel. After bubble dispelling, the doped gel is smeared and subsequent solidified to fabricate white LEDs product.
2. Mix with red phosphor in a certain proportion before uniform doping in epoxy gel or silicon gel to fabricate white LEDs.
Usage:
1. Can be applied to the package of high bright white LEDs.
2. Can be used to manufacture high color rendering or low color temperature white LEDs when mixed wit-h red phosphor in a specifically proportion.
