Product Description
The red phosphor ZYP630 is a special product for LED, independently developed by us(many patents have been approved). In comparison with other products in market, it is more applicable to the manufacture of high color rendering index or low color temperature white LED, owing to its high brightness, high thermal stability and safety. Also, it can be applied to fabricate red LED based on blue LED-chips.

u Chemical Stability：no decomposability in water, strong stability from -50℃ to 300℃ in the air.

Usage
